- The rates for the provision of berths are based on the largest dimensions, in overall length (LOA) of the vessels including any bowsprits, rudders, bow and stern pulpits, raised outboard motors and any equipment that may protrude.

- The regulations for boats moored in the Bassin du Paradis have been modified in the Marina's internal regulations, approved by the Port Council: owners of boats moored in the Bassin du Paradis are now asked to put their vessels in winter storage from 01/01 to 28/02 and from 01/11 to 31/12, and to remove them from the Bassin du Paradis.
- The annual fee of 350€ incl. VAT includes a berth in the West Basin from 01/11 to 28/02. A supplement of 50€ per month is possible for boaters wishing to moor their boat in the West Basin from 01/10 to 31/03
SUBSCRIPTION DURING THE YEAR
- For any subscription before 31/08, the annual fee is due in full. For all subscriptions from 01/09 onwards, a monthly pro rata invoice will be applied, with no possibility of reimbursement of a fraction of the fees in the event of early termination.
EARLY TERMINATION BY THE CONTRACT HOLDER
- Departure for another port: The request for termination during the year must be sent by registered letter to the manager at the latest one month before the date on which the space occupied by the Holder is to be vacated and must be accompanied by a certificate from the new port.
- The eventual reimbursement of the fee by the Manager will be made in the following manner:
- Departure before 31/03 for another port: refund of ¾ of the annual fee
- Departure between 01/04 and 31/09 for another port: refund of ¼ of the annual fee
- In the event of the sale of a vessel: in the event of the sale of a vessel, the request for cancellation must be sent by registered letter to the Manager at the latest one month before the date on which the space occupied by the Licensee is to be vacated and must be accompanied by a deed of sale signed by both parties. Reimbursement shall be made on a pro rata monthly basis, any month started being due.
